– 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 teaspoon mint extract
– 3 large eggs
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
– Green food coloring (optional)
– Whipped cream and extra Oreo cookies for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Mix Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add mint extract.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream and heavy cream.
5. Stir in melted chocolate and green food coloring if desired.
6. Pour batter over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
7. Cool in the oven with the door cracked open, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
8. Garnish with whipped cream and Oreo cookies before serving.
