Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
5 oz (140g) fresh spinach
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 cups (470 mL) heavy cream
1¼ cups (250g) cooked rotini pasta
1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup (15g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat.
Add the sliced chicken to the pot and cook until no pink remains.
Stir in the garlic, cooked bacon, spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the spinach wilts.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and mix in the cooked rotini pasta, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley. Stir until the sauce thoroughly coats the pasta.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
